Once you know what you've got - then what?
Photos, snapshots, slides, documents, scrapbook pages - they can all be digitized!
I'd love to meet with you to see what you've got and do a full assessment of your photos, slides, documents....whatever.
We can talk through your needs on the phone or in person (if you're local).
We will discuss what sort of end product you're looking for and what sort of time frame to expect to get to that.
Beyond just organizing piles of photos - you will probably want them digitized.
If you're not local - you can ship your photos to me (using a trackable, insured method) and I'll ship the final product back to you (also trackable and insured). Imagine going from boxes and boxes of "stuff" down to an external hard drive or flash drive that is "plug and play". It's possible!
I'm happy to work through your shoe-boxes - big or small.
If you just want your photos digitized and put on a hard drive, thumb drive or DVD's - that's great!
Unlike "big-box" stores and huge corporate stores, I can give your photos and slides complete white-glove service - you'll have the peace-of-mind that your photos or slides aren't leaving the country, aren't being handled incorrectly --- I've gone through the process - I've felt your concern about handing over the pictures.
I also know that in a disaster, everyone wants to grab the pictures first - would you be ready for something like that?
Pictures will be scanned at 600 dpi - and slides can be scanned from their Kodak carousel or even loose.
Documents and scrapbook pages (up to 12x18) can be digitized as well. Maybe you've created scrapbooks for your children or parents and want to share those with others - you can create a digitized photo book of your scrapbook and then share it with others. It really is all about what you're looking for and what needs you have.
